Account and customer information
- Your MAKE-ROOF account is used to manage purchases, license keys, and activated devices.
- When you make your first purchase, a customer profile may be created automatically using the email address provided at checkout.
- You are responsible for providing accurate information. Accounts and license keys may not be shared, transferred, or offered for resale.

Payment and licensing
- You must purchase a valid activation key and enter it in the software before using licensed features.
- Each license plan may only be activated on the number of devices stated at the time of purchase.
- Payments for digital products are non-refundable once a license key has been issued or activated, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
- Prices, offers, and included benefits may change over time. Your order is charged at the price displayed when you confirm payment.

Your responsibilities
- Keep your email, account credentials, and license key secure, and maintain backups of your drawings and settings.
- Do not disrupt, reverse engineer, bypass licensing controls, or distribute modified copies of MAKE-ROOF without written authorization.
- Do not misuse support, payment, or licensing policies in a way that harms MAKE-ROOF, its partners, or other users.
- Use the software lawfully and remain responsible for drawings, data, and deliverables created with it.

MAKE-ROOF responsibilities
- Provide the software and license benefits as described on the website at the time of purchase.
- Provide reasonable technical support for installation or use on supported versions of SketchUp.
- Protect personal information under our privacy practices and not sell your information to third parties.
- Maintain, update, or adjust features where needed for product security, compatibility, and quality.

Usage warning and limitation of liability
- MAKE-ROOF is a design aid. You must verify dimensions, geometry, quantities, and drawing accuracy before estimating, manufacturing, or construction.
- To the extent permitted by law, MAKE-ROOF is not liable for indirect loss, data loss, or damage caused by misuse of the software or failure to verify its output.
- An account or license may be suspended or terminated if fraud, sabotage, unauthorized distribution, or serious harm to MAKE-ROOF's legitimate interests is detected.

Changes to these terms
- These terms may be updated to reflect changes to the product, services, or applicable law.
- MAKE-ROOF will provide notice through the website or email when a material change affects your rights.
- Continued use of MAKE-ROOF after updated terms take effect means that you accept the revised terms.
