Digital Delivery Policy

Delivery method

After a completed transaction is independently verified, license and installation details are sent to the email address entered at checkout.

Expected timing

Most verified orders are processed automatically. Security checks, payment-provider delays, or email delivery problems may require manual review.

If delivery is delayed

Check spam and filtered folders first, then use the public order-status link supplied after checkout. The public page shows processing state only and never displays sensitive license credentials.

Contacting support

If the order remains pending or delivery does not arrive, contact makeroof3D@gmail.com with the public order reference and purchase email. Never post license credentials in a public message.

MakeRoof trial and Extension Warehouse

Installation is free. Continued use after the trial requires a paid MakeRoof license. Trial keys are valid for 14 days from issuance. Trial registration, purchases, key delivery and license validation are handled by MakeRoof at makeroof.vn, outside Extension Warehouse. The price and permitted device count are shown at checkout.

Installing the extension does not itself activate a paid license. Activate the key inside MakeRoof and use Extension Warehouse for package updates when you installed the Warehouse edition.
