Information we process
We process order references, product and device-limit details, customer name and email, payment status, partner attribution when supplied, license delivery records, and support communications. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by MakeRoof Tools.
License activation and validation
For license activation and validation, the extension sends your license key, a device identifier, the plugin identifier and the installed plugin version to MakeRoof's licensing service. We use these details to validate license status, manage permitted devices and check version eligibility. Trial registration and purchases also involve the account, contact and order information needed to deliver and support your license.
Support materials
If you voluntarily provide screenshots, model files or diagnostic information for support, we use them to investigate your request. Remove confidential project information before sending support materials.
Why we process it

Sharing
Data is shared only with service providers needed for payment, email delivery, hosting, security, and support, or when required by law.

Records are retained only as long as needed for the purposes above. Access controls, request verification, audit logs, and data minimization are used to protect them.

You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable by contacting us. Some transaction records may need to be retained for legal or fraud-prevention reasons.
