Terms of Service

1. Scope

These terms apply to software licenses purchased from MakeRoof Tools, including MakeRoof (also listed as Make Roof Pro), MakePro and MakeDoor. For MakeRoof, the license and update terms apply to both the website and Extension Warehouse editions.

2. Orders and payment

Product, device limit, price, currency, and any eligible discount are shown before payment. An order is accepted only after the payment provider confirms a completed transaction.

3. License and updates

A paid license grants perpetual use of eligible versions on the number of devices included in your purchase, subject to the License Agreement. It does not include a SketchUp license. License activation and validation require an internet connection.

Paid licenses include one year of updates. Your update-expiry date is shown in your license information. Expiration of update coverage does not, by itself, end your right to use an eligible version. Versions released after that date require renewed update coverage.

The same license entitlement applies to the website and Extension Warehouse editions. Extension Warehouse distributes extension packages; downloading or installing an update does not extend your MakeRoof update entitlement. If you install a version outside your entitlement, contact MakeRoof support for assistance with an eligible version or renewal.

Trial and licensing

Installation is free. Continued use after the trial requires a paid MakeRoof license. Trial keys are valid for 14 days from issuance. Trial registration, purchases, key delivery and license validation are handled by MakeRoof at makeroof.vn, outside Extension Warehouse. The price and permitted device count are shown at checkout.

4. Delivery

Digital delivery is made to the email address supplied during checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a reachable address and protecting delivered credentials.

5. Acceptable use

You may not resell, share outside the licensed organization, reverse engineer where prohibited by law, or bypass device limits and technical protections.

6. Availability

We may maintain, update, or discontinue online services. Reasonable efforts will be made to preserve legitimate license use and communicate material service changes.

Use of results

MakeRoof assists with modeling and estimating; users remain responsible for checking geometry, quantities, prices and suitability for their project before construction or procurement.
